Since first achieving our ISO9001 certification on the 6th December 2007 Protech PAS has over the last 12 years, continued to improve our Quality Management System, recently Protech PAS underwent a recertification audit conducted by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and were successful in retaining our certification once again.
Protech PAS’s Quality Management System has been designed to ensure employees have access to the most current processes, procedures, and policies ensuring that we continue to provide quality services to our customers.
The re-certification audit is intended to ensure Protech PAS continues to comply with the regulations and standards required for ISO Certification.
These include documented information, planning and determining process interactions, management of resources, and product realisation.
Changes introduced in the 2015 ISO 9001 revision are meant to ensure companies such as ourselves can adapt to a changing environment that we operate in.
Some of the key updates in ISO 9001:2015 include:
- The introduction of new terminology
- An emphasis on risk-based thinking to enhance the application of the process approach
- Increased leadership requirements
Protech PAS consistently reassesses and refines our operating procedures and managerial systems to stay up-to-date in an evolving world.
Our recertification is simply a way to make sure we are continuously improving.
Protech PAS has had a certified Quality Management System since December 2007 and is audited annually by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).
